Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website and services of Mediaono ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Mediaono provides digital marketing and engineering services, including but not limited to:

• Web Development & Design
• AI Automation & Chatbot Integration
• Branding & Visual Identity
• Social Media Management

Specific deliverables and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) provided to each client.

3. Payments & Invoicing

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion or milestones delivery.

Late payments may result in a temporary suspension of services or project delays. All prices are billed in USD (or MAD for local clients).

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the Client shall own the final designs, code, and strategies created by Mediaono for the project. However, Mediaono retains the right to use the work for portfolio and self-promotional purposes.

Background technology, AI scripts, and pre-existing code libraries remain the property of Mediaono or their respective licensors.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide all necessary assets (logos, text, access credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these assets may result in a shift of the project timeline.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Mediaono be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with our services.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 14 days. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay Mediaono for all work performed up to the date of termination.
